Hello everyone.
I've just got back from my early Christmas in Paris. This was all made possible by events earlier this year when I met Salomè and Anaïs at Bon Moustache Hostel in Barcelona.
We also met another girl in Barcelona called Yuki, but she wasn't able to make it to Paris this time, however, I should be meeting her on Boxing Day.
I arrived at Paris Gare Du Nord around 17:40 and Salomè met me by Platform 2. She suggested that we walk around Paris and look at the Christmas Illuminations. Paris definitely does it better than London.
After that, we took a walk down Champs-Èlysèes and looked around the Christmas market. These markets always seem to smell of Glühwein, I love it.
Anaïs finished work at 21:00 and arranged to meet us at Les Piétons Tapas Restaurant. They suggested Tapas because that's what we did in Barcelona to get to know each other.
The next day we had our faux Christmas Day with all of their friends. They were really the most amazing and generous people in the world. The only French word I learnt was "Putain" which means....Whore.
